a bit about me:
I am entering my Senior at DePaul University, majoring in Cybersecurity and minoring in Computer Science. This past year I joined DePaul’s National Cyber League (NCL) team and have had great success in these competitions, which challenge participants to engage in a wide variety of cyber skills. These skills include cryptography, password cracking, log analysis, network traffic analysis, wireless access exploitation, and web application exploitation, among others. In my very first preseason competition, I placed 20th out of 4,708 participants. In the regular season competition, I also performed very well, placing in the top 4% out of a field of over 4,500 participants. I am also currently one of 541 finalists out of 13,289 competitors in SANS Cyber FastTrack competition.
Since joining DePaul University in Fall 2018, I have earned a 3.9 GPA. My coursework has included Data Structures I and II, Computer Systems I and II, Introduction to Local Area Networking, Network Interconnection Technologies, Voice Communication Technologies, Codes and Ciphers, Data Analysis, Discrete Math I, Python for Programmers, Introduction to Information Assurance, and many more.
In addition to working and studying at DePaul, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my 6 year old Yorkie named Johnny.
